FAQ

Q: What makes High Impact consultants different from others?
A: Our consultants are experts at engaging audiences to insure maximum participant benefit. There are no “canned” presentations. Each presentation is tailored to meet your specific needs. Our consultants are perfect for keynotes, conferences, workshops, and full or multi-day residencies.

Q: How do I book a date?
A: Fill out the contact form or give us a call at (320) 259-8222.

Q: Why aren’t fees advertised on your website or other promotional materials?
A: We don’t list our fees because there are a number of factors that affect the fee (scope of the services, length of time, travel arrangements, etc.). We offer quite a variety of programs and services to clients nationwide. Give us a call to find out more!

Q: Do you provide promotional materials?
A: We will email you a photo of the consultant and work with you on other materials you may need. Promotional material for GTC Dramatic Dialogues‘ programs such as The Sex & Drugs Show, Speaking of Sex…, and You. Me. We. can be found on our website.

Q: Do we need to make airline or hotel reservations for the consultant?
A: We take care of the airfare and ask that you take care of lodging and meals.

Q: Is the consultant available to have dinner with student leaders, staff, committee members, or event planners before or after the keynote?
A: When travel schedules permit, our consultants would be delighted to interact with your folks!

Q: Are your consultants eligible for grants?
A: Yes some programs may be eligible for certain grants dependent on the intended program arrangements such as audience, topic, and availability of funds.  Grants are available through foundations, associations, government agencies, and in some instances even within your own organization or campus.  Many clients co-sponsor our programs and services with other departments or other organizations as a way to share costs.  For more information and suggestions (based on how clients have handled this in the past), please contact us.
